| What happens when you mix 100+ scooters, one of the hilliest cites in the world, and Ska? Awesomeness!!!!
I went to this rally yesterday, first time I've ever done anything of the sort, won't be the last.
Here is the street out in front of the SF Scooter Centre where the event began. I couldn't decide on a favorite scooter

We did about 15 miles in the city according to my odometer, completely dominating the streets of San Francisco. It was so much fun, riding in the pack at breakneck speeds through some pretty treacherous asphalt (most of the time). We got stopped once at a bottom of a hill and as the light turned green "NNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" echoed off the buildings before a good 3 seconds before the pack started to move again, pretty awesome.
The night ended at Benders, a small bar in SF, where 3 pretty awesome bands played. The Crags (who I would say was part Op-Ivy, part Misfits, very fun) that my camera hated.

| So...... Hello again.....
So heres why you should come see me next weekend
1 The Cardinals are playing the A's and I'm going with some friends
2 Scalping tix is fun times
3 The house is clean from when Bicky was here
4 Gas is Cheaper in San Jose than Rolla
5 Im sure we can goto a concert or 20 on that weekend.
This weekend... Im going to a super cool ska show then bowling with the bands. Maybe some mountain biking too, California is awesome!
Things are good, I dont really know what else to post, Its been forever but Ive done too much to post it all. Well, if you ever need a vacation i have tons of space and only about 30 min from the beach!

| First off, the bathroom of death was just the tile floor with no rug. Kinda scary coming out of the shower. But Bicky helped me fix that on her recent trip to California. She won't tell me when to come in march. So if you see her tell her to pull her schedule together.
Sometimes I get so excited about something I have to post. This is one of those posts. Lyin' Ass Bitch is a great song by Fishbone. Fishbone was one of the first bands to mix other influences into ska. Well Reel Big Fish did a split CD with a band Zolof the Rock n Roll Destroyer. Both bands add to all songs on the split and Lyin Ass Bitch is one of those songs. Its so great!!!
Anyways California is way colder than advertised, but very cool. March 3rd is ska weekend in the bay area!!

| OK so this is a long story grab some popcorn.
It started great they did a great job packing up my stuff and loading it. Since I didn't know where I was going to move to, they stored the stuff in Rolla. Mistake #1.
So the day i finished getting my house that I'm renting, I called allied and gave them the address of my new house and told them i wanted the stuff the week of the 9th, no problem right.....
So i got a call 2 weeks ago from an Allied driver. He asked if the week of the 15th was ok. I said no it wasnt at all. Im in Canada all this week. So he asked why the trip was changed from San Diego to San Jose. I said San Diego?!?! I was never going to move to San Diego. They also had the whole address before the load was ever picked up.
So I called Rolla Allied and called my boss. Like a day later they had rescheduled the truck to make it on me saturday. Problem solved. I was happy.
So saturday comes, and the guy calls and he is in sacramento. And wants directions, I give him directions. Done right? wrong.
So he calls again in like 2 hours and asks where he can put his truck. He was driving a tractor trailer. I told him that he probably couldnt park on the street I live on but there were at least 3 Cul-de-sacs within a block of my house. He says this wont work and he will have to unload to a smaller Uhaul type truck. So I say ok.
He calls back 30 minutes later and says that he cant get a truck and asks if he can just off load my stuff. I said no. I said that I was leaving and that this had to happen today (Saturday).
He calls back and says he absolutely can't do it. I get mean, Im tired of dealing with this crap. He tells me this sob story and now I find out hes really in Reno, not Sacramento. His sob story details how he drove all night from Vegas to make it on saturday. Now i get really mad (Look on a map where Vegas, Sacramento, and San Jose are. He totally took the wrong route.) But at this point its late afternoon and I have to get ready to go to Canada. So I left it at this and he told me he would off load it at Nor Cal moving and would call back with the number.
Guess what? No call. So I look up Nor Cal right no big deal. No one there can help me either. They keep putting me through to voicemail. My last 3 calls have started please dont blindly put me to someones voicemail but alas i still havent talked to anyone. And of course the one in Rolla appears to be closed.
So I dont know whats going to happen.... Im going to try one more time today and then just wait until tomorrow. Don't ever use allied to move!!!!!
